Cost: $295 + GST for more than 10 hours of instruction.

Prerequisites:

Participants should be comfortable in the water and be able to swim one of any stroke for 25m recreationally.

Schedule:

This Sensational Freestyle programs would meet every Monday and Wednesday from 19:10 to 20:30 starting on March 15th and ending on April 12th.

What to bring:

Please bring swim goggles, fitted swim suits (ie. not baggy shorts), towels, snacks and/or lunch, if desired.

A swim cap is often helpful to retain warmth. 

If you have one, please bring a nose clip. We will show you how to function without a nose clip, but it may help in the initial stages.

Fins are also useful and available at the facility, but please bring your own if you have them. We will help you kick more effectively, but for the early stages, having fins will help you learn body positions and balance points.

Cancellations:

We require 72 hours to guarantee a full refund. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, we will do our best to find another person to take your place. Please, contact us as soon as possible if, after registering, attending becomes a concern!

Transfers:

Give us enough advanced notice and we'd be happy to transfer your registration to a future program.

Participants under 18:

If you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent or guardian to sign your liability waiver form when you arrive for the  program.
